Fred is a passionate speaker whose spirit-led vision has been
critical to the founding and growth of Seattle Community Church.
His passion is to build spiritual leaders who will be empowered
to further God's kingdom. With his welcoming and engaging
personality, he is a model of how we hope to embrace all people
into God's kingdom.
Fred's ministry has led him all over the United States. Fred is
a graduate of the University of Washington and Princeton
Theological Seminary and is pursuing his Doctorate in Ministry.
He is married to his college sweetheart, Jean, and has two
beautiful daughters, Ellen and Audrey.
Paul
Kim
Pastor
Paul brings depth and relevance to the ministry. Paul has
incredible insight and interpretation that brings the Bible
to life. His hope is to help people gain a deeper
understanding of their spirituality and build an intimate
relationship with Jesus Christ and others.
Paul is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis
and Princeton Theological Seminary and is pursuing his
Doctorate in Ministry. His ministry has taken him to
various places including New Jersey, New York, and
Michigan, and we are glad that God has brought him into
our community.

HT (a.k.a. Hyong Tae or Hank) has a passion for teaching God’s awesome children. Whether it’s improving his ministry or golf game, his motto is to always think BIG and to have fun! He combines endless creativity, non-stop energy, and cutting-edge technology to make worship relevant, enriching, and exciting for kids of all ages.
HT is a University of Washington grad and is currently enrolled at Fuller Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Eunjoo, have a baby daughter named Madison Sujung (a.k.a. HT’s mini me).

Ministry Coordinator
EJ Lee is the Office Administrator/Ministry Coordinator at SCC. EJ graduated from Whitworth College in Spokane, Washington with a journalism degree. She worked for nearly a decade as a television news producer and writer at several network and cable news affiliates around the Pacific Northwest. She is married to our Youth Director, HT Lee. They have a baby daughter named Madison, who bears a striking resemblance to her father. EJ enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading and writing, sleeping, baking, and eating anything sweet.
